I’ll Take This: House on the Isle of Man

The Isle of Man is a tax haven off the coast of England in the Irish Sea. It’s rather small, only about 85,000 residents in several towns. But it’s a place of great natural beauty. This estate, Ballachurry House, has been owned by only two families in its 300+ year history and is on the market for the first time ever.

Although the furnishings are not included in the sale price of £1.75 million, they are negotiable.

There are five bedrooms and two baths, but I am sure whoever buys the house will add additional baths.
